Ready2Model Magazine Interviews Cover Model winner Noelle
R2M: Congratulations Noelle on being R2M’s new cover model over hundreds of applicants.
R2M: where were you born? City and state?
San Jose, California outside of San Francisco, one of the most beautiful areas in United States.
R2M: How is your city and state different from the rest of world?
Silicon Valley is an area that located on the San Francisco, California, peninsula, radiates outward from Stanford University. It is contained by the San Francisco Bay on the east, the Santa Cruz Mountains on the west, and the Coast Range to the southeast. We are 45 minutes from the beach and 4 hours from the snow. By the way, the computer chip was invented right here.
R2M: What are your goals for the future? Specifically in the talent modeling, acting industry.
I want to pursue model and acting as a full-time and permanent career. I have been building my portfolio for the last several years. I’m currently working on a regular basis and learning the trade.
R2M: The talent industry has converted back to the way it was in the 40’s acting, dancing & modeling. Do you have any other talents you can share with us?
I have taken both theatre and dance (ballet, jazz and hip-hop). Additionally, I have taken acting classes.
R2M: what got you interested in the modeling industry?
I love everything about the industry because of travelling opportunities. When I’m modeling, it just feels amazing because it’s just me and the camera. I like walking the runway and wearing designer clothes. I like working with the makeup artists and photographers.
R2M: what type of modeling interests you the most?
Commercial print is my main interest because I like to be in magazines. I have appeared in several magazines, catalogs and stock photos. Both casting agents and photographers mentioned that I have a commercial look.
R2M: what advice do you have to share for upcoming models?
Stay strong and positive because you will face rejection along the way. You should always be prepared for success and rejection.
R2M: Is there anything about the modeling profession that scares you?
Nothing at all. That only that worries me is not being able to ever model.
R2M: What is your best feature?
I would say my eyes and/or my smile. People have commented that my eyes have a ‘cat-like’ look so they appear to be exotic.
R2M: Do you follow an exercise program or diet do you follow to stay in such great shape?
I just make sure I’m making better choices and only eat when I’m hungry. I do more strength and conditioning every other day. My exercise consists of running and abdominal exercises. I’m aware of trying to eat more healthfully as I get older.
R2M: What makeup secrets do you want to share?
Do your best to stay natural, because true beauty is way better than tons of make-up. True beauty comes from being comfortable in your own skin.
R2M: What do you hope to achieve in your profession?
I would love to model internationally and build on that success to transition into acting. With that success, I would like to use my resources, time and energy to support animal rights.
R2M: Who is your role model & why?
Personally, is my parents, because they are the most supportive and caring people in my life. They believe in and encourage me to go my goals. From a celebrity, I would love to achieve as much and do what Tyra Banks has done. She started modeling internationally at 17 and has her own modeling and talk show.
R2M: Would you travel internationally for an assignment?
Absolutely! That would be such a great experience. I would love to travel to Europe and all the major fashion capitals in the world. Getting an opportunity to travel and model would be awesome.
R2M: Are you willing to relocate?
Absolutely, modeling is so important to me. I would be willing to relocate as long as it’s long-term contract. If I were to relocate (and still in school), I would be home-schooled and continue my education.
R2M: If you had your choice of where to live in the world where would it be?
Los Angeles, California or New York City. It’s always been my dream to live in LA. I have spent a lot of time in LA due to auditions and/or bookings and I really enjoy being there. It would be great to live there because there is so much access to modeling and acting. And if I were to have the opportunity to do high fashion modeling, New York would be the best place.
Thank you Noelle your as bright as you are beautiful a star in the making that will shine for a long time.
