Cover Model Interview

When I first met Monej Cruz Ready2model Magazine had an on location photo shoot she was one of many models that came to audition. One of our photographers did a test shoot with her and called me over he said, “Ernesto the camera loves this girl she is a natural”. Her face is beautiful and her body is very symmetrical. I said, “Give her a couple of extra shots and let me review them”. Once Monej had completed her test shoot I had the opportunity to speak to her.  She was very poised for being so young. I asked her where she was from she told me from Hollister a small town outside of San Jose CA in the Bay Area.  She mentioned she wanted to act and model and seemed very inspirational and Ambitious  I told her that the talent industry is a very hard  and

you had to be very determined and prepared for example in LA if you go to one hundred 

  auditions and land one gig you are considered lucky and most people do not have that 

     type of determination their self esteem can’t handle it and they give up and go home 

       for some reason so many people believe they are going to be discovered by someone

         at the grocery store you would have better luck winning the lottery.  Monej asked if

  Ready2Model had any connection in LA I said most of our Network and Assignments

    are in LA or New York and other countries in Film, Fashion and Music.  She said she                  planned on moving to LA to pursue her acting and  modeling career I could see it

inher eyes that she could do it after 25 years in the talent industry you have a gut

  feeling for who really has that star potential.  We sent her on a few more

    assignments she was always on time worked hard and was very professional. 

     Monej asked me to contact my network because she was leaving to LA the

     following week.  Once she arrived I set her up with some of R2M network we

     cracked the door open for her and she kicked it down.  Currently she is

      traveling the world making films with key stars such as Danny Trejo Robert

      Davi Chazz Palminteri Snoop Dogg   Modeling with top designers she was

        featured on extra  and several of the top magazines ads and TV

commercials  she is a rising star and soon to be a super star. Ready2Model 

is proud to say we had input and direction in her career.   She is still very

humble and take the time to email me from where ever she is at just to  say     hi and ask what ready2model magazine is working on.  She hopes to

  come to visit soon to Hollister and we will get together for dinner. I hope

  it's soon I miss her sweet smile.
